The Ulman Foundation aims to provide a community of support for young adults, and their families, impacted by cancer. We offer free housing, support groups, survivorship programs, patient navigation, and many other resources in hopes that one day no young adult faces cancer alone. Each year, we send out riders and runners on our 4K for Cancer bike ride or relay run from Baltimore, MD to San Francisco, CA to raise funds and awareness for the AYA cancer community. Join our 4K for Cancer team and head cross country, or join our Ulman community and see how you can make a difference in the lives of those facing a cancer diagnosis.

The mission of Bikes for the World is to make affordable, good quality used bicycles available to low-income people in developing countries. These donated bikes provide better transport for work, education, and health care. Bikes for the World also generates additional skilled employment in bike repair and maintenance overseas, and provides satisfying environmental and humanitarian service opportunities for volunteers locally in the Washington, DC Metro region. In 2024 Bikes for the World will mark 20 years of supporting grassroots programs in developing countries. During that time Bikes for the World has donated over 200,000 bikes that have profoundly changed individuals and communities for the better. Visit www.bikesfortheworld.org for more information!
The Boys & Girls Club of Frederick County provides a safe, fun, and affordable place for youth to go during out-of-school time to connect with caring, trained professionals and engage in enriching programs and activities. Our mission is to enable all youth, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as responsible, productive, caring citizens. The Tour de Frederick, annual bike ride, is an opportunity for riders and local supporters to come together with a shared goal of raising funds to offset the cost of summer camp and afterschool programs. The proceeds from this event help ensure these activities remain accessible. We believe that every child should have the chance to learn, grow, and thrive in character. Join us this Summer! As the nation’s #1 cause of disability, arthritis affects nearly 60 million adults and hundreds of thousands of children. Arthritis isn't just one disease, it encompasses over 100 different conditions that damage the joints as well autoimmune forms that affect the entire body including critical organs, vision, and much more. This annual boutique tour is a scenic ride along the coast on California's iconic Highway 1. The "CCC", as it is affectionately known, is a full-service ride that provides the framework for one of the most incredible experiences of a lifetime. Join 250 cyclists who are championing the fight to conquer arthritis as they rider from San Francisco to Los Angelos enjoying seaside farms, redwood forests, coastal towns and wine country while exploring the spectacular scenery of Monterey, Big Sur, Morro Bay, Solvang, Venture and more during the best time of year.
