The ALS Association's mission is to make ALS livable until we cure it. The Ride to Defeat ALS is an opportunity for friends, family, and our local communities to join together to support those people affected by ALS. Funds raised at this event help to discover treatments and a cure for ALS, to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest. Our most local ride is the Ride to Defeat ALS Blue Ridge, beginning in Keswick, VA. This ride offers three road routes (62-mi, 28-mi, and 16-mi) and one gravel route (38-mi), fully supported along the way. Together, with the support of riders across the country, we will defeat ALS.
